Yes there is a communal amenities block with showers and toilets that you can use when staying on an unpowered site. Whilst small, the town of Peterborough has a small licensed grocer and there's a larger supermarket at Timboon (15 mins north). Unpowered sites are $30 per night off peak for 2 people.
