We were going to stay at the local caravan park but made a decision to drive roght into town and found Rodondo. It was absolutely perfect even if the toilet was squishy for larger people like my hubby. Loved everything about it except the tv reception; could only get ABC.

When we told the receptionist at our previous accommodation that we were moving on to Port Albert, we were greeted with astonishment - "No-one goes to Port Albert!", quoth he. But Redondo is reason enough for a visit. It's a nice old place, beautifully kept, with spacious, comfortable rooms. And breakfast, cooked to order by Susan in the kitchen/dining room...

Spent two nights in an upper ensuite room with a great view of the bay and marina. We hadn't made a booking but I reckon in peak season it would be advisable to do so. The house is located next door to the museum. We were met by the lovely and informative landlady who offered us a choice of rooms...

The whole family and the dog stayed here for a weekend. Comfortable units with all the conveniences of home. No BBQ but there is one located across the road in the park. Very dog friendly. Close to Customs House, the coffee shop, the pier and the fish and chip shop. A great little place for a weekend away.

A group of 4 of us recently travelled from Brisbane to Phillip Island on our motorbikes and stayed the night at Rodondo at Port Albert. Susan was a delightful and helpful hostess and allowed us to keep our bikes in her locked up shed overnight so the bikes were out of the weather. The rooms were comfortable in a historic...

We enjoyed a one night stay in a very comfortable room, beautifully and tastefully decorated. The owner has thought of everything, and is very helpful and engaging. An excellent cooked breakfast was provided at a mutually acceptable time, with fresh fruit and juice. It is in a beautiful garden setting near the old port. There were a variety of rooms...

In the quiet sea side town of Port Albert is this beautiful accommodation. We stayed in the loft cabin a downstairs self contained 1 bedroom unit, probably a renovated old sea cottage. A wooden chair on our verandah overlooking the sea and the maritime museum was a peaceful place to read or stare out to the ocean. Lovely clean accomodation....

We stayed one night at the Rodondo in off season and had a nice time. The owner and caretaker is a wonderful woman who provided a delicious breakfast, excellent customer service and knew the perfect balance between talking to her guests and giving you some space to do your own thing. The town was very quiet but the locals say...

We just needed an overnighter on a cold winter's evening in Port Albert. "Dalmarnock" at Rodondo was a perfect spot to stay. It was very warm and spotlessly clean, with a very comfy bed and extra accommodation for a family if required. For a longer stay, there was a modern kitchen and modern laundry facilities.
