This was our first visit to this lovely little resort. We are frequent visitors to the area and have always admired its attractive facade, but have been hesitant to book, due to quite a few negative comments. It's not easy to try and get a one night stay on the peninsula- especially in January, so the convenience of this was...

Thank you for your review and your comments will certainly be passed onto the staff. We enjoy hearing that our guests have enjoyed their stay and can relax by taking advantage of our peaceful setting. We continue to fight against the cobwebs however with such a large building it can get quite challenging. We appreciate your feedback on this and...

We stayed at this resort as we were visiting friends in the area and it is the best place for location and facilities. I Booked via a booking website as the prices were much better. The location is great if you want to be in this area, it has underground secure free parking. The resort has beautiful gardens and is...

We arrived to a relatively empty car park at 12 noon on a Tuesday for a 4 night stay to be reminded tersely twice by the unwelcoming receptionist that check in time was 2pm. After waiting 2 hours we were then shown to our 1BR apartment, arguably the worst in the complex, on the first floor directly over the carpark...

Had a two night "Luxury Escapes" voucher to stay here so our 1 bedroom apartment cost about $200 a night - not worth more than that as the room was old and in need of a lot of minor repairs / a good, proper clean in the bathroom. Housekeeping between our first and second night consisted solely of folding the...

We had three nights at the Portsea Village and whilst it was advertised as a luxury resort there were a few patchy elements. On the positive side the two bedroom apartment was bright with a lovely outlook over the pool and ample space. The kitchen was a bit outdated and it seemed a bit odd that basic condiments werent supplied....

Spent 2 nights at the resort for our wedding anniversary. The outdoor pool is well-maintained. Wifi signal is strong. Continental breakfast is served from 8am till 10am. There is a good spread of items such as cereals, fresh fruits, yogurt, a variety of bread and spread, juices, coffee, and a wide selection of tea. Staff is friendly and attentive to...

Service staff were excellent and went out of their way to make us comfortable. Food was great. The unit itself was looking tired and in need of a good makeover. A few issues with the balcony door (which was attended to promptly) and the tv was crap.
