A bit of friendly advice, the owners take a course in customer service. Their attitude and first impression came across as rude and inexperienced. Your local housekeeping and cleaning staff however brightened up the place with their friendly and cheerful attitude. The place was neat and clean however the exhaust in the shower/toilets needed cleaning. .

We booked a self contained room, but it was basic. Microwave, toaster, jug and a some plates and cutlery. The room was clean, but we were there for five nights and never got asked if we would like fresh towels or more tea, coffee etc. There was a problem with my eftpos card and was told it was definitely my...

Room was not cleaned for the whole time we stayed, electrical wires exposed and lightbulbs blown, felt dirty, mould in shower grouts, owners hard to understand from lack of english and extremely rude, undesirable people hanging around, not a good place for children to stay, noisy area near main road, would not recommend or return. Price high for budget accommodation.

Stayed here for one night, wouldn't rush back, air conditioner extremely noisy and keep me awake all night, didn't want to shut it off and listen to the traffic in the cold! Looks like somebody damaged the bathroom door and tried repairing it in a hurry. Beds uncomfortable, insects on the floor. I could go on.... However location is pretty...

average rooms, clean and most facilities. Beds could do with an upgrade as found to be very hard. Location is good and close to main town shopping and food outlets, appears to be the only motel in the town of Sunbury Vic.

Stayed here on 12 February and found it basic but clean, $130.00 for my husband and I for the night. Centrally located to restaurants, shops and train to Melbourne. The bed was hard and so was the pillow, not a very restful night. The water also makes a rushing noise when the room next to you turns the tap on....

The hotel is clean and the basic facilities are quite good but the bed is by far the worst I have ever slept on. It was hard and uncomfortable. Not a very restful night and at $110-00 not very good value for money. Never realized that there were that many parts of my body which could ache all at the...
