Stopped at Yackandandah Holiday Park overnight on Sunday prior to riding the new Yack Tracks mountain bike trails on Monday morning. Janelle provided a very pleasant camp site right next to the bubbling brook (and at a very reasonable cost) and advised that I could leave my tent on site the next morning until I returned from my mountain bike... We wanted some peace for the weekend, a quiet destination with mountain biking trails and good food. If that sounds like the trip you are looking for then this place is perfect. The park is small, quiet and tranquil. People have complained about the amenities but we found them fine; in fact, the shower is the biggest I've used in... More

Gavan and Janelle are the best hosts and helped us a lot. Located in a picturesque part of town the cabin was clean and well appointed and is in town. Yackandandah is a great place with a mixture of old shops, sophisticated food and friendly people There is some really good stuff going on there.

When we arrived, we were met by a very friendly manager, who set us up on an "Powered Ensuite Site". The site is a "Drive Thru" site and it has a cement slab for the awning area which was much appreciated considering the rain we are experiencing. The ensuite is a good size, impeccably clean, and even towels are provided.Even the TV... More

The park managers are the loveliest people. Very hospitable - you are treated as a guest. We were lucky to arrive the afternoon of a free musical performance. Beautiful grounds, a cosy communal camp kitchen, and very close to town - an easy walk.

This park is simple but fabulous, clean facilities... They might be a little old and warn, but they are well maintained and cleaned. The park is a short walk to the main street, hidden away amongst beautiful trees and bushes. Just really a great place to stay.

Enjoyed a lovely few days at Yack. The caravan park is picturesque with beautiful tall trees spread in the midst of the camping sites. The park has a bubbling stream running down the side of it where you can see fish swimming by. The cabins are basic but clean and have everything you need. It's a quick walk into town... More

Yackandandah Holiday Park provided perfect short stay accommodation over Xmas for our family. The two cabins we occupied were basic in appearance but spotlessly clean and well equipped. Comfy beds and good quality bedding were a real bonus too. The surroundings are green and picturesque creating a great backdrop for campers. Very friendly and helpful hosts keep everything in impeccable... More
