Stayed here from May 7th through May 10th, 2017 for a conference. I was given the worst room I've ever had in a hotel. At the end of the first night, I returned to my room and the room key did not work. I called...More
I will admit that it's more than a little pricey. But what an experience, what hotel has so many things going on inside. Be sure to get a map, and just wander thru the hotel.

An excellent facility with beautiful rooms, an exciting view of atrium (if requested), great selection of restaurants, and complimentary shuttle service to local attractions. Great package, but be prepared to pay an upscale price for everything (a snack I often purchase was price 300% higher...More
This hotel is over the top with confusing layout - too much stuff - too large and unfortunately all food services and shops overpriced. It is also located in the middle of nowhere if you are interested in exploring Nashville. It is OK if you...More

They said it will be a 4 acre enclosed water park opening late 2018. it will have water slides, a spray park for little ones and areas for adults and children. I don't remember all of the specifics. They were advertising it on a huge poster in the lobby area. Sounds great.

Some do, Some don't. There's a restaurant directly across from the lobby. I can't remember the name but It might be Wasabi's? or Cascades? They take reservations and they have excellent food. Great for a date. Too much for a family dinner. on the second level they have an Italian restaurant (Paisano's Pizzaria) that is excellent. I don't know if they take reservations. and the sandwich shop is great (STAX). Also the Conservatory Cafe' is open 24/7 and they have good food for a quick bite on your way in or your way out.
