This hotel, in past years has met all my expectations, including friendly service. This year, they fell short. When a senior citizen, traveling with pet, travels, they have additional baggage. A "trolley" is essential to lug baggage, pet, cage and pet-equipment/supplies. Upon arriving at hotel, an attendant went out of her way to locate a hotel-supply cart to assist me....

Stayed for a dog show. Hotel was dated. Our block of rooms were not suites. Room was small. No refrigerator. I asked front desk for a fridge and it took 5 hours to get one. Front desk staff were very polite. Breakfast was minimal. We could hear all the traffic from our room.

Recently visiting Nashville , this hotel room bathroom upon arriving was not clean, hair on bathroom floor, gross piece of food leftover in microwave, coffee Maker was missing a piece.couldn't brew coffee ! Horrible, noisy, the floors in the lobby and elevators looked like a bar floor after closing time. The interstate is really loud and we are sound sleepers. Look elsewhere. The bathrooms are very dated and ours had dirt and grime caked in the corners.

This is my 3rd stay at LaQuinta. The location is great, just off Briley Parkway. The price is good and includes breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful. I don't have a single complaint. I will stay here when stopping or going thru Nashville again.
