The hotel lobby seems to be recently renovated, but the rooms are in need for a gut renovation. Old, dirty, and there is a musty smell. The front desk supervisor who I encountered at check-in was very rude. My room key did not work, went to front desk to get it re-keyed, still did not work, went down again, finally...

I had been looking forward to visiting Nashville for my 30th birthday with 2 of my best friends for months and from the very start, the staff at this hotel, made sure we had an amazing time. Starting with Amina at the front desk, she was incredibly busy and short staffed but was always calm and friendly, let us into...

My two teenage girls and I just spent 10 days here and loved every minute. Gary on the front desk was always happy and friendly and greeted us every time we passed his way. Bill our shuttle driver was a happy chap who made the girls feel like he was our personal driver. These two guys are a wonderful part...

The Bad: The Bistro in the Lobby is terrible. The food was not good at all and the service, although friendly, was a bit incompetent with no one in charge or knowing what to do. The Average: Our Hotel room was clean and the king size bed was comfortable, but when booking, they assured us the Sofa Bed was good,...

This hotel is wonderful. We're not used to being so pampered. Everybody did everything for us to taking our luggage up to the room, taking the car and parking it to having Bill Duncan drive us around the town so we didn't have to deal with traffic.

I was there for a meeting recently and was so impressed by the incredible warmth and friendliness of the front desk staff. They were attentive, professional and obviously love their jobs. The location is perfect for those who want to be close to downtown, Vanderbilt University, or the many wonderful restaurants in West End. While I didn't stay there, I...

Currently staying here. We're completely discouraged by the parking. They don't tell you the cost of parking. It's an additional $36 dollars a night and 4 bucks cheaper if you let them do it. We are supposed to be here for 3 days, possibly even 4, weather permitting. Because they would not bend an inch in pricing we've already booked...

As we pride ourselves on delivering a memorable hotel experience during your travels, we have unfortunately fallen short of our goal during your recent stay. Please accept our sincere apology. We do completely agree with you in regards to the parking charges, however, Downtown Nashville is growing very rapidly and with this parking in the downtown/midtown area comes at a...

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this Courtyard in April while having medical tests done at Vanderbilt. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. I had to stay an extra 5 days and the sales staff honored my original rate even though that weeks rate was much higher due to spring break. The shuttle and its drivers are...

This hotel is fresh and clean and in a great location - very accessible to all the local attractions and dining. The shuttle driver Bill Duncan was FANTASTIC - he was quick, entertaining and willing to go the extra mile to help you enjoy your stay and get you where you wanted to go.

Our room was ready when we arrived Friday afternoon. The staff is friendly and answered our questions about the surrounding area. A great feature was the free shuttle to areas around the hotel.
