Ok, I love Nashville. Friendly, decent people in almost Every Single interaction. The Hermitage is no different. Staff is exceptionally helpful, accommodating and simply, nice. Rooms are spacious, beds are extremely comfy, bathrooms clean with towels aplenty. I really have nothing bad to say. The location is far away from Broadway that you're not getting the fall over from overly...

Stay here if you want to stay someplace that is connected to Nashville's history. The lobby and public areas transport you to an earlier time of elegance and exclusivity. The public men's room is a 1930s Art Deco time capsule and you should not miss it. The room was large and comfortable and the service was on point.

I like staying in hotels that feel connected to their location. This hotel does a good job of informing you of its history and status as Nashville's grand dame property. The lobby and rooms are well-decorated in a historical style. You must visit the public men's room on the lower floor--it is an art deco gem from the 1930s. Little...

Very nice room but disappointed by the lobby bar, restaurant. Nice old world charm but honestly not worth the high price. Good central location, very helpfull concierge. Just don't have much more to add.

From the glorious lobby to the detail in each room, it was truly a phenomenal experience. The linens in the room were superior to any other hotel I've stayed. Each room was beautifully appointed. I've been to Nashville four times from Atlanta opting for the Omni Hotel. It, too, is a great place to stay. This is hands down a...

This hotel is located a short walk to Broadway and a few blocks from the Ryman Auditorium. We had a king room that was very spacious and the bathroom was amazing. The service was wonderful, everyone was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

We spent 4 nights and loved everything about this historic hotel. Our room was beautiful and seemed brand new. The service was excellent and the food and drinks were all expertly prepared. We usually stay by Vanderbilt with a daughter in college but we were glad to have this opportunity to experience historic Nash. Highly recommend the Hermitage!!

I stayed at The Hermitage last week. While the room and hotel were very nice, I returned around 5:30 to find my room had not been serviced. I contacted housekeeping was told that the person who was supposed to clean my room had gone home sick. When I asked why I wasn't contacted or left a message, there was no...

From the moment you pull up to the Hermitage you are treated like royalty. The service from the valet is amazing and welcoming. When you enter you are blown away by what a beautiful property it is.
