Good value, great accommodations for a business convention. Mattress was wore out, but it was quiet, so I had adequate rest lol! Clean room, (no fridge) limited menu, decent breakfast buffet. I'll definitely go back!

Picked but reunion leader don't think any of us would have picked! $152 for a smoky( in a no smoking room) smelly(from air conditioner?) Dark, nasty carpet odd shaped corner room with stupid long corridor to room. No grab bar in bath, no night light, no microwave small cube fridge, no luggage rack in closet, pampered pet rate of $75...

Thank you for this feedback, Becky. It's true we're working on upgrading our facilities -- we just want the stay to be comfortable and enjoyable from start to finish. That said, I apologize that yours fell short of that. Again, thank you for the review -- it's always helpful for us to hear from our guests. All the best, Ousmane,...

Was on the second floor right above the bar. The music was deafening for anyone trying to sleep that night. I had a presentation to give the next day and asked for another room, There was none. The bathroom was poorly lighted and the tub/shower did not drain properly. They only discounted my bill $30 for the stay.

We apologize that your stay left something to be desired, Gordon. Typically, we're happy to find our guests another room, but if we're at capacity, there's little we can do -- again, I apologize. All this said, we're working on finishing up some reservations all in the name of making the guest experience more enjoyable. Thank you for taking the...

I was there with my wife for a conference. Based on our look at the website beforehand, we were expecting something special. What we found was something less that average. The guest rooms were tired, the furniture outdated. There was no mini fridge and one door of the closet had slipped off the track. Another issue was ongoing remodeling, but...

To know we couldn't impress you during your stay is disappointing, Jerry. First and foremost, if there was anything about the visit that came as a surprise, I apologize. It's true that we're currently undergoing renovations, and we're excited to get those finished up. All this said, thank you for taking the time to review us. It's always helpful to...

Hotel Preston lived up to its advertising itself as fun, with stimulating décor and art. The location was perfect, and the value is excellent. We especially liked breakfast in the café. I'm sure we will be back.

Worn out hotel with minimum effort to keep clean. Carpets filthy. Sheets worn. Unsavory characters in parking lot in evening and hookers in lobby on two occasions during stay. Food was good but service was very slow.

First and foremost, George, thank you for taking the time to leave us this feedback. It's disappointing to know that we haven't been able to make a better impression on you, but I'd also like to address a few points from your review. To start with, we don't condone any sort of illegal activity and will always contact the proper...

The staff was friendly. The shuttle to and from the airport was very convenient. They offer long term parking for a better fee than the airport. This hotel is about 3 miles from the airport. The room was average but a good value for the proximity to the airport. Our main issue was the room smelled like marijauna and that...

While I'm glad that most of the stay was convenient and enjoyable, I apologize that the room itself left something to be desired, Nathan. Get rid of carpet in the pet friendly rooms and as far as service, team members, location was great and I would recommend as a place to stay. Food was ok and had a really nice bar. Would likely stay again if I can back to Nashville and spend a couple days again.

Just needed a place to lay my head for the 1-night stay. Hotel Preston was priced right (through Orbitz) is located in a good location (for easy access) and was very clean. As a bonus, to operate the elevator, you need a room key to access the higher floors. I thought that was a nice extra dose of security.

Hotel was doing renovations, which pleasantly did not disturb me at all. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Cleanliness of hotel/room was exceptional.
