This hotel is located about two miles away from Broadway where most of the attractions/bars are. They have a complimentary van where they drop/pick up up next to The Ryman. Parking is extremely expensive in the downtown area. In walking distance to the hotel there are some great restaurants. Also, we rented a car for our trip and parking at...

Very satisfied, they took very good care of my needs. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The location is very efficient for me being close to Vanderbilt Hospital. They were very kind to me during a stressful time in my life. I will definitely being staying here again, since my husband will be needing to go back to Vanderbilt....

I frequent Hilton hotel for the consistent experience: this Hampton doesn't disappoint. It isn't upscale, but has everything you need and is located in a fun area near Vanderbilt University. The staff are very welcoming and eager to make you feel special. I had one glitch on this visit: the complimentary van service was unreliable due to the extreme traffic...

This is an older building, and it shows. Clean, however, and in a good area with plenty of nearby restaurants and a short drive to major attractions. It has a complimentary shuttle service, though I didn't use it. Free onsite guest parking is always a plus. The breakfast was a disappointment. Though only 8:30am, it had been well picked-over and...

The staff will go out of their way to make you comfortable, and help you to make good choices of places to go to make the most of your trip. The rooms are large and well equipped, and...

Only one elevator was working which we were told had been out 2 weeks. On the up side, good breakfast and comfortable bed. Convenient shuttle to downtown. Fridge and microwave. Coffee served all day in lobby. Free parking.

Nashville, is different, period! same hotel can be at the top one time and rock botton other times. Prices are same way, varies from very expensive to reasonable. This particular location is very convenient. all else considered, do not go there for the " free" breakfast or for their fitness center, two jokes for one!

Was sitting in my room when all of a sudden the power in my room went out. Nowhere else in the hotel. After calling front desk and waiting an hour, I finally demanded to be moved to another room. Nothing from the manager, just the maintenance guy helped. I had to ask him to be move to another room as...

Pro- proximity for medical visits to Vanderbilt & Children's Hospital, great breakfast, clean hotel, nice staff for the most part Cons- we had a bad experience with helpfulness from the front desk when it came to requests (missing tv remote, satellite channels were extremely limited),

We picked this Hampton because of its proximity to family and downtown Nashville. For Vanderbilt alums and fans, it's also right next door to the Vandy main campus and close to Vandy's stadium. The rooms are just what you'd find in any Hampton Inn, but the staff, from the front desk to the breakfast room, were uniformly friendly and helpful.
