We recently stayed at this hotel for one night while visiting Nashville. The hotel offered a free shuttle downtown that ran every half hour. It was so convenient and the drivers were extremely friendly and helpful with advice as to where to go and what to see. The hotel could definitely use some updating but all in all it was...

Our group, has stayed at this hotel for several (5+) years. Each year it seems to be a little more run down and the staff less competent. Last year it took our group of 8 (4 rooms) over two hours to check in. Thinking there was no way to top that, we agreed to stay there again because of the larger...

Older hotel, needs updating in rooms but enjoyed our stay. Beds very comfortable. View was nice. Staff very helpful. Took complimentary shuttle downtown - ate at Demos and walked around. Our shuttle driver, Ash, was very professional and courteous. Would stay here again.

I'm sure this once was a great hotel. But now, a dump. We are here for a volleyball tournament and can't believe this is where club booked us. No working wifi, bathroom is old and moldy, in wall a/c unit that rattles in and off. There is ample parking and location is convenient to downtown.

This hotel basically are thieves. They took my money and would not let me cancel my room or reschedule. I was here for business and because I was going out there I booked my room for leisure on another date coming up in April. The room was horrible, gross and outdated. I will never stay at this place. I'm out...

While the lobby and restaurant areas appear to be fairly nice, the elevators, workout room, hallways, and rooms are in serious need of cleaning and updating. I wished I had taken a picture of the filthy power bar with almost EVERYTHING in the room plugged into it, including my laptop and phone charger! On the plus side, the bed was...

Got a really good deal price wise for the SEC tourney. Quick uber/lyft ride away from Broadway. Pros: Great lobby, lobby bar with live music, very friendly and helpful staff. Neutral: Location....you wont be walking to anything. Cons: Rooms are quite dated, especially the bathrooms, lots of dust, grime, chipped tiles, peeling paint etc. paper thin walls. Literally like they...

The price and the shuttle to downtown was the best thing about this hotel! Thr shuttle drivers were the most professional and friendly staff for the Millennium! The hotel is very dated and in need of an update! The bathroom needed to be cleaned better! We didn't have any hot water the entire weekend and the tub would not drain!...

Upon checking in, we went to our room to find we had 2 double beds for the wife and I's getaway. We paid extra for a king bed through a 3rd party internet site. Hotel says it came over that way which it may have so not sure who is at fault. Spoke with 2 different people and both said...

We enjoyed our stay at Millennium Nashville. The room was clean and comfortable and we appreciated the bottled water and keurig in the room. The hotel is just in need of updating and upkeep (rusted door hinges, beat up room doors, seams coming apart with the wallpaper) We did not mind this. The towels and sheets were of good quality...

I booked this room thru hotwire....check in went smooth but after that it was all down hill. My room smelt and the pillows were the worst. Saying the room was basic at best is kind. Wanted to order room service but they don't make it easy with no menu in your room. After spending close to 70 dollars on take out, I returned to the hotel to go to my room and the elevator breaks. After being trapped on the elevator for close to 20 min(can u believe it was Friday13) the doors finally open and a hotel employee tried to force us to stay on the broken elevator claiming "if we try to walk of the elevator and it drops we could be hurt"...so what would have happened, if we stayed on the broken elevator, waiting on a nonexistent repair man and it dropped?!?!Needless to say I had to fight for my life and push past the employee. Then walk up and down 5 flights just to get some cutlery, because I was to shaken to use the broken elevator again. Front desk did NOTHING when I tried to tell them about my concerns and even implyed the people on the elevator were responsible. My food was cold by the time I got back to it. So I went to sleep. Woke up to try for some coffee and found out I couldn't EVEN get a complimentary cup of coffee....had to endure the nauseating stench of vomit on the elevator ride back to my room, Someone had vomited and clearly it hasn't been cleaned up just to get to my room and the key isn't working. I do staycations 2x a month. I've stayed at almost every relevant hotel in Nashville, this was my first experience at the Maxwell Milliniem Hotel and it was SORELY DISAPPOINTING!!! For close to 300$ they should be ashamed. My question is where is the accountibility??
