The hotel is definitely centrally located and is a great property. The rooms were great, the bathroom was excellent and the TV was good. The bed was very comfortable and everything about the place was great except the elevators took for ever. There is a Starbucks in the lobby which was perfect for some of our traveling partners.

We came as a family for the thanksgiving buffet. It was one of the best meals we have ever had!! The buffet had a variety of items that made both the kids and adults happy. Every dish was delicious!! The staff was very personable. Our waitress Zyrafete did a great job of making sure we always had what we needed... More

Huge hotel with 24 stories. Elevators a bit slow at times. Walking distance to all downtown points of interest (which is not much in Nashville IMHO). Room very comfortable and staff were fine. The first two nights, the hotel and the entire downtown were overrun with Packers fans -- a bit annoying, but not the hotel's fault. Due to the... More

I suppose i should disclose that any hotel with a full starbucks in the lobby gets an extra point from me. that being said, it was a very nice hotel. the staff was very nice and accommodating. We only ate in the restaurant for breakfast, but found it above average for hotel buffet food. the location of the hotel was... More

Very nice hotel which we stayed at because (in the interest of transparency) we won a certificate at a charity auction. It turned out to be a very nice Marriot property and we were treated like paying guests. Drivers took us to dinner, and Steve (our Friday night driver) even made our dinner reservations when my fiancé called and asked... More

The beds were very comfortable, the location was walking distance to Broadway, and prompt service was provided when the room was too hot. Starbuck in the lobby never hurts. Breakfast Buffett was good. - will definitely be back.
