This park is very nice and has very nice staff. The bathrooms are nice and clean the only thing I would change is how offten the bathrooms seem to get cleaned only be once a week and I believe in opinion it should be more and the sites need some grass replanted but that's every campground other then that it's...

We camped March 4th & 5th for the Chuckwagon cookoff. Everything was great! The staff there couldn't have been any nicer. We went to Cowboy Church on Sunday which put us a few minutes late checking out. That was not a problem with them and that assured me that I would definitely be back to camp there again.

First time staying here. We opted for a cabin (our regular Gatlinburg accommodations are recovering from fire damage). We knew from the website that a refundable $100 security deposit was required. However, we were unpleasantly surprised at check-in when the deposit was required in cash only. I've stayed in cabins at other area campgrounds without a deposit so it was...

This is a nice clean campground. We had a pull through spot for our 38 ft motorhome with a tow vehicle, it was plenty long, plenty wide. Internet service needs to be a bit better, it was slow and kept kicking us off. Looks like this would be a great place during the summer months. Price was very good compared...

I never thought that I would be giving this campground a bad review but unfortunately I am very disappointed with their customer service. We have been staying here for the past 5 years with 3 to 5 visits per year most visits being at least a week long. Over the years we have never had to cancel or change a...

my family and I were displaced by the fires in gatlinburg and this place was nice enough to let us stay 2 weeks but after our 2 weeks we asked them for the other 2 weeks they said we could have if we needed it and they refused....after me telling him I couldn't go home because I didn't have the...

I would like to first of all say we helped many victims displaced by fires not only by housing but also by giving clothing, food, hygiene items etc. We stated to everyone at check-in that we would go 2 weeks free and that alone is $1,333.53 now times that by 20 rentals and that is $20,002.95 that was given just...

I'm currently being asked to leave because of visitors late at night, it doesn't say in the rules that you can not have VISITORS late at night I'm a full time guest I live here. But because my son's girlfriend comes by here late at night when she gets off from work. So with that being said I'm disabled and...

As stated in our Handbook we have quiet hours from 11pm to 7am. With that being said we do not like vehicles coming in all hours of the night every night and also we do not like getting numerous complaints from other campers that were disturbed all hours of the night. We love for our guest to be Happy and...

This is the best campground ever! The cabins are clean and comfortable. The people are friendly and they have great amenities. The camping sites are fantastic. You feel secluded from the hustle and bustle, but you are minutes away from all the restaurants and shopping.

The ONLY place we stay in Pigeon Forge. The family is wonderful that owns the camp. The bathhouses are always clean & smelling like bleach. Off the beaten path, but convenient to everything. The pools & lazy rivers are a big plus in the warm months. Highly recommend!

Made a reservation in advance to spend three weeks. Spent first two hours trying to get level in the only spot the said they had available. Randy was very helpful brought us more gravel and boards to help. Nice campground for smaller trailers and coaches.
