The room was not very clean. TV didn't work. Toliet stopped up and we had to fix it ourselves, because the attendant on duty said he was by himself. Hot tub was very slippery . We were on the 3rd floor no ice machine ....More

We reserved the room online. Only needed one room. Instead of giving us the room we reserved the hotel created another reservation when we got there. So they charged us both rooms. We didn't know this till we received credit card bill. Even though this was Baymont fault the manager Sanjay Patel would not refund the cost

"I was on 2nd floor near middle of building, it was quiet. Was in-between 2 stair cases, maybe that helped"
