My first impression when driving down that steep & narrow road to the cabins was one of fear. I'd never stayed in a cabin before, so I didn't know what to expect. The initial ride down that dirt road didn't put my mind at ease. I was also concerned that Big Foot would be coming out of the forest at...

"Southern Comfort" is aptly named. My wife and I stayed there while enjoying the changing of the leaves in the area. We both loved the cabin. It was so homey! Warm, comfortable, private and had all of the amenities to make it a comfortable and memorable vacation.

My husband and I needed a getaway - and this was perfect. Our Southern Comfort cabin was beautiful - the pristine forest setting offered us a chance to relax without cell phone or internet service (and we survived!). Bring your favorite books, meditate, enjoy the peace and quiet. There is a fooseball table and air hockey table upstairs, and two...

Our family has stayed twice in the creek side melodies cabin, what a great experience. We are currently planning our third trip, and we can't wait. We typically return from a vacation worn out. Not here, this has to be the most peaceful place we have every visited. The hospitality is unmatched. The owners really have a grasp on what...

A variety of Modern log cabins with everything you need except food. The owners are most gracious and accomodating. The friendly town of Tellico Plains is only five miles away with lots of good locally owned restaurants and any other shops or stores that one could need. The Cherohala Skyway and all that it offers is right there too. We...

I stayed in two lodges and had the opportunity to photograph the cabin before we messed it up. Hopefully a picture says a thousand words. I don't want to hype things up because I want to see for yourself what the interior looks like. Hopefully you will get a better idea on what the place looks like since nobody has...

We traveled to Tellico Plains with our youth group and stayed at these great cabins, Dixie Dreaming and Eagles Landings. We were able to comfortably hold 17 people, the beds were all great, the cabin kitchens were very well equipped, especially at Eagles Landing. The kids really enjoyed all of the games and the huge areas outside the house for...

I traveled from San Diego to Atlanta, and on to Telliquah Falls to attend a wedding. This time of the year was so beautiful with the leaves turning colors of orange and red, and the sunshine bringing temperatures of about 80 during the day and 50's at night. The cabins were like something you'd see in the movies or a...

The Telliquah Falls Log Cabins are excellently located. Less than 15 minutes from stores, hikes, and the Cherohala Skyway. The cabins are very clean and have washer/dryer, games (pool, air hockey), dvd players, and plenty of cookware. The only thing lacking is internet service, which is perfect for a total getaway. We loved our stay and hope to return in...
