We have stayed at this hotel on three different occasions, the first time I was not impressed, the second time was a little better. The third time was great, most improved and very friendly staff. We had an issue with the first room due to a family of acrobats in the suite above us. The manager personally came out and...

We recently stayed at Tremont for a family wedding. After a very long drive the day before and a terrible hotel experience at another hotel the night before, we were looking for some rest and relaxation in this lodge. If you leave with one memory of this place, it will be how incredible the staff is. Not just the front...

The lodge is in an outstanding location very near to the Cades Cove area of GSMNP. The room was clean, spacious and had comfortable beds. The staff was very friendly and helped with suggestions on where to go. The grounds were well kept and very pleasant.

We stayed their two nights in supposedly one of their "renovated" rooms and it was just OK. As has been noted in other reviews the walls are paper thin and the doors are very hard to close making a loud noise that rattles the rooms nearby. Also, the rooms need to updated in my opinion, rather than just painting the...

Great place to stay. Clean, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, a balcony. What more could I ask for? Beautiful grounds, friendly and helpful staff. I would stay again and I would recommend.

My family and I had a wonderful time at Tremont Lodge. We found it conveniently located close to Gatlinburg and it's attractions yet out of the way enough to be cozy and quite. We were absolutely impressed with the friendly and welcoming staff who went above and beyond to meet our expectations. Our family suite was spacious, very clean and...

Stay here only if you have low expectations. Hotel staff only works 9AM to 6PM. But there is no phone in the room anyway -- no clock either. There is newer furniture, bedding, and carpet. But everything else is left over from 30 years ago. One chair, no desk; even the wall plugs are from another era. Two of my...

Tremont has gone through a few owners over the years. They have made a few nice upgrades. The bed was great and you can't beat the location. The one real draw back in our room was the bathroom - very small. Tremont is a good place for a "passing through" stay.

This is a nice clean hotel. It is a little outdated. The beds were clean and comfortable. They have wifi and cable. I didn't like that the hotel was divided into separate buildings. I would recommend and would visit again.

If you can stay somewhere else do so. We were very disappointed with this motel. We should have checked out the first night. The heat and air conditioner blow out black particles onto the bed the staff said oh that's just the unit so they know about the problem but have not fixed. The walls are paper thin and we...
