Our visit at Chilhowee Inn was a much needed time away from the hustle of life. We loved talking with the inn keepers, hearing the history of the inn, food was awesome, the crackling fire was very cozy. Our plans are to return and to spread the word on the inn.

Best B and B ever. We stayed 3 nights and had the most wonderful time ever. The owners/hosts were the nicest couple. We spent time talking every evening. It was so peaceful sitting near the fireplace and enjoying the everything around us. We highly recommend the Chilhowee B and B to everyone who wants a beautiful room, great hosts and...

The Inn Keepers were gracious, warm and friendly. The rooms were VERY CLEAN and spacious. Furnishings were beautiful. Breakfast was awesome. The surroundings were a perfect backdrop for a very memorable trip with good friends. A big thank you to C & J for a lovely time. I felt like we made lifetime friends and I will be returning.

This is a great B&B - delightful in every way. Carolyn and John are friendly and hospitable and the atmosphere is delightful. Good location on the edge of the Great Smoky Mountains - just 10 miles down the road. A proper B&B.

Totally delightful 3-night stay at the Chilhowee Inn. The Innkeepers, Carolyn and John, could not have been more hospitable. The room was very comfortable, spacious, and snug and the location in the Smokey Mountains could not have been better. The breakfasts were amazing but if you are tempted to pass up on the biscuits and John's chessy grits don't. You...

This beautiful home was the best B&B we have ever stayed in. It is incredibly decorated, IMMACULATE, and John and Carolyn were so warm and friendly, I felt like family. We will definitely visit again. It is perfect for a couple who just want to get away or a full family who want to hang together for their whole vacation....

We stayed for 3 nights and the hospitality was great. Carolyn fixed chicken soup for my husband when he was sick and sewed a button on his shirt with seconds left to go before we had to leave. The rooms were perfect with views of the river and breakfast was great with something different every day.

Carolyn and John went above and beyond the call of duty to provide us with extra care by lending us blankets to wrap up in at an outside program, contacting a local person who was in charge of the Sam Houston statue dedication, fixing my son gluten free breakfasts, and providing us with TLC. The location is beautiful as is...

We went to the Smokies to get away for a few days, see the foliage, take a hike in the National Park and, maybe, spot some wildlife. But the real highlight of our vacation turned out to be our lodging! I'll soon forget about the foliage, the hikes and the bears that we saw, but I will remember the Chilhowee...

In the dining area of the Chilhowee Inn, John and Carolyn have a sign reading: "Enter as guests. leave as friends". Both aspire that guests leave feeling this way. On our trip to Townsend, I wanted to stay in a really nice, romantic facility. My husband was not certain he wanted to stay in a Bed and Breakfast and was...
