Great setting and very good attitude by all staff encountered, but not nearly worth the price. Bath was 1970's with mildewed and poorly laid tile in the very small bath. Dinner and breakfast food was very good, but wait staff robotic, not sharp, several mistakes. Breakfast wait staff especially weak. Poor in fact. Nearly all activities a la carte, $200...

I really wanted this to be a 5 star experience all around, but unfortunately there were too many numerous slips on service. The setting is spectacular, rooms very comfortable & well appointed, and every detail throughout the facility is well thought out. We thought the dinner in the barn was excellent one night and so-so the next. We would not...

My husband and I enjoyed a romantic retreat in June, filled with three amazing meals (and great wines) a day, lots of activities, and a beautiful setting. Flying into Knoxville, it was short 20 minute ride to the farm. Our accommodations were very nice, we stayed in the Guest House, which has 11 rooms and a very spacious, well stocked...

Poor Service!!!!! Beautiful hotel, lovely rooms, wonderful breakfast and lunch, but medicore meals in the "Barn" at night, which is their "formal" dining room. Skip the American Plan and go anywhere else at night (although where that might be no one knows as it is out-in-the-middle of nowhere) If you have to take the American Plan, enjoy breakfast and lunch...

My husband and I went to Blackberry Farm over the 4th of July weekend and had a wonderful time. The food was absolutely fantastic - dinner at the Barn was out of this world. Loved the property and all the activities we did. The spa treatments and farm tour (with the amazing truffle dogs) were a highlight for me and...

We just returned from a 3 night stay at Blackberry. Blackberry is not a hotel, it is an experience. The setting is spectacular and the vibe is comfortable and welcoming, not the least bit stuffy. The service is impeccable, while the staff is generally young, they could not be more eager to please and enhance your stay in anyway possible....

To come here for the food alone would be worth the trip. The farm to table, innovative cuisine, truly made the meals exceptional. We went with a multiple couples, and had an amazing time. There were a variety of activities to choose from, although many were very expensive, they all exceeded our expectations. The hiking trails were plentiful. The new...

From the moment we arrived at Blackberry Farm, relaxation was immediate! Our check-in was painless & even though we arrived 30 minutes past scheduled lunch at the main house, the staff was extremely accommodating in providing a fabulous Sunday brunch! The new Wellness center was extraordinary - must get a mani/pedi from Joy (10 days later & still looks new!)....

Walland, Tennessee is about the last place we expected to find anything decent, let alone of the extraordinary quality and charm of Blackberry Farm. It is not in the middle of nothing, it is, in fact, about 100 miles east of the middle of nothing, but as the Michelin people say - worth the trip. The food is astonishingly good,...

Service equal to Four Seasons in a farm setting. The on property restaurant is destination worthy alone. Amazing meals can be had here. They also have an extensive spirits list. Fun activities abound. Expensive, but that's to be expected from a world class establishment.
