This is a perfect weekend getaway lodge. The owner is super nice and helpful. The horses are in great condition, well trained and well cared for. Our guide Mikayla was very fun. Lodge is Adjacent to the state park, which has nice hiking and a pretty bluff that makes a perfect picnic site. It was a dry season so the...

We love it here. The hills, the space, the beautiful nights sitting on the porch watching the stars, the trails, and, of course, the horses. It was our third visit. We start to relax as we turn up from Bandera into the Hill Country and once we're there we don't want to leave. Dianne and Makayla led the trail rides...

Dianne’s whole horsemanship sessions were personally rewarding – they were as relaxing as they were productive. She not only writes and teaches centered riding, she is an inspiration to others; and she consistently wins competitions that demonstrate her experience, knowledge, and abilities. The week was over way too soon - we had a fantastic time! Our cabin, food stock and...

We just got back from an amazing 5 days at Hill Country Equestrian Lodge. My daughter and her friend are intermediate riders and wanted to do a lot of jumping along with daily trail rides. Dianne is an experienced centered riding instructor. The horses were safe and good jumpers. We enjoyed hours of trotting and cantering on the many miles...

We had a wonderful 3 days at this farm. The owners and staff were lovely. If you want to get away and ride the countryside with your family and a guide to assist, this is for you. The cottages were sweet and well stocked with food when we arrived. The best thing of all...no phone signal! At first I was...

My boyfriend and I just returned from five days at the Hill Country Equestrian Lodge. I live in NYC, and the peace and quiet of our (immaculate) little cabin was just the escape I was looking for. It's truly beautiful country. The horses grazing freely in the background make it a special place for horse lovers. I am an experienced...
