I believe they run at the top and bottom of the hour, and I think the hotel recommends a 2 hour lead time. It's very close to DFW, however it's a very big airport, so it takes a few minutes. I think 2 hours is more than enough time. I'd be comfortable with 1 1/2 hours if I'm not checking luggage.
