My husband and I stayed here for five days during spring break. The property is gorgeous. Pamela and Tom are very gracious hosts. My hubby signed us up for a private cooking class with Pamela and it was a blast. We learned a lot, and the meal was fantastic. The location of the Murski Homestead in Brenham is central to... More

My husband and I stayed at the Murski Homestead B&B for a weekend getaway from our "real lives" in Houston. We left on Sunday feeling refreshed and like we'd been away much longer than a few days. The property is beautiful -- set on a rise, overlooking fields where cows, donkeys and horses graze the green grass (even in February!).... More

Good friends, good food, good wine, good tours and a great time await you at the Murski B & B. The antique shopping is beyond belief. Great prices and tons of activities to keep you busy if you choose. Tom and Pamela are consummate hosts and can give you details on the long history of Washington County. We can't wait... More

This was our first time staying at a Bed and Breakfast and it was the most wonderful experience we have had so far. Pamela was the most gracious host and was the most amazing cook. When we got to the B&B and looked around and walked through the beautiful home and heard the creaks in the floors and the smells... More

We spent 2 nights at the Homestead and wished it could have been longer. Our favorite time was spent on the front porch with a cup of coffee in the morning (and it was delicious coffee) and a glass of wine in late afternoon/early evening. We spents hours watching the cattle (a long horn thrown in for interest) and a... More

This was my husband and I first experience at a Bed and Breakfast and it was wonderful. Pamela was so welcoming you felt like you were staying with family. The bed was so comfortable and the room was so welcoming. We enjoyed swinging on the porch and playing checkers and petting Speck the cat what a Sweetie! Most of the... More

My wife and I enjoyed getting away from Houston for the weekend. The hospitality, food, and room were just what we are looking for. This painstakingly restored house provided a balance of comfort, but countryesque environment that was needed. Vollare's Italian restaurant was delicious too. The wonderful weather and reading the newspaper in the morning was a joy for me... More

My daughter and I did a "Foodie Weekend" at Murski Homestead B&B to celebrate her 30th birthday. Pamela, the owner, went above and beyond in her cooking classes and hospitality. We learned to cook several new delicious dishes, went on a tour of Brenham and learned it's history, got directions and advise on the local wineries, and had a wonderful... More

We just returned from a nice, relaxing weekend at this special Bed and Breakfast. Lovely guest room and accomodations. We loved the porch swings and the comfortable feeling of this place. Pamela made us feel very welcome and at home. She gave us great recommendations of places to eat and visit in and around Brenham. The breakfasts were delicious. We... More

Highly recommend this quaint bed and breakfast, beautiful grounds, nice rooms thoughtfully decorated, nice setting especially the front porch overlooking the grounds and watching the sunset. Pamela really makes this place special, she attended to every need we had to make our intimate wedding special. She told us before we booked that this is what she loves to do and... More
