We didn't want to spend much for a quick overnight stay, so we tried the Buffalo Inn. It is just old, but was clean. Bed was fine. Bathroom floor was cold, as it was winter. If you want total comfort, go elsewhere, but for little money and just a night or two, it'll do. It is also right near the...

We were on a 2 week venture and this was the very first night, and I quote myself, "I've seen this horror movie before, it doesn't end well..." I had reserved this hotel months in advance so that we had a short drive to the Palo Duro Canyons, and if you're wondering, the hotel is about 20 minutes to the...

Some may call it dated bit we like that now and again when travelling in the USA. Our ac was fine and the shower great. The bed was King size and comfortable. Very convenient for the museum and restaurants.

This is a very old hotel in a courtyard. Do not expect much. Our a/c did work well. The room also had a small microwave. The bathroom came out of the 1950’s. The price was $55 for the night. Water pressure was good.

My companion and I spent the night of July 13th in the hotel. It was hot and we thought the a/c was working. It never cooled the room down and we spent the night, not hot, but not cool either. The owner had a large sign that prohibited ice for ice chests. We had a small one so I just...

My wife and I traveled to the Canyon, TX area for our 10th Wedding Anniversary. We tried the Best Western upon arrival, but there was no vacancies. The clerk at Best Western told us of the Buffalo Inn just a bit away from our first choice hotel. As I drove into the parking lot of the Buffalo Inn, I should...

Perfect for my style of traveling. For $55 + tax Buffalo Inn provides a clean, comfortable, and quiet bedroom. The bathroom and shower were similarly clean. The television worked and the wi-fi signal was strong. if you want fancy, then you might be put off by the older style and fixtures. If you want a good night's sleep at an...

This hotel is a good value for the cost. Room was clean and beds were firm. Did have a little bug on the pillow when I pulled the covers back, but that could happen anywhere, I guess. Good location for the little town with a short drive to Palo Duro Canyon - which was way too hot to enjoy hiking...

The hotel is old and out-of-date, but it's clean and comfortable. Mattress was firm and nice. Breakfast was just coffee and donuts, but what do you want for half the price of most other options in town.

This is a historic 1950s motel, but really nice. The carpet in my room appeared clean, but really old - not something I wanted to walk on in bare feet. All the usual amenities were provided: hair dryer, iron and board, refrigerator, microwave, free WiFi, television. No coffee maker in the room, but they served coffee and doughnuts in the...
