Stayed here a while back and just getting around to review. My husband and I stayed here for a wknd getaway. I loved the house the room we stayed in (Lone Star) and the grounds. It was all very clean and the breakfast was delicious. I even bought the cookbook and still use it today. Very relaxing and highly recommend

I had never been to a B&B before and wanted to try it out. At BIscuit Hill the rooms and house were immaculate, everything was very clean. The breakfasts were delicious, very filling and the portions were more than enough. The Innkeepers were very accommodating and nice. One staff member, I wish I could remember her name, was also so...

My husband and I stayed at Biscuit Hill for our anniversary last weekend. We've never been to a B&B before, and this place was absolutely amazing! When we arrived Dean and Diane greeted us warmly and quickly got us squared away. Dean also gave us his phone number and said to call anytime if we had questions or concerns. Later...

We had three couples book for the first weekend in May. All three of the guys are big fellas... not overweight, but 6'. Our days were pretty active and our biggest complaint was the lack of sufficient food! The food that was prepared was very good, but rationed out. One morning each of us got four slices (about 1/8" thick)...

I am glad that the guests did enjoy the food if not the amount offered. We try our best to prepare meals that will satisfy most guests, and then some. We regret that the men in the group did not get their fill. We do not usually have plain bread on site since we are "Biscuit Hill" and usually serve...

My boyfriend and I chose this place while planning our last minute weekend getaway. It was a random choice off of bedandbreakfast.com, and I am extremely pleased with our choice! We love the hill country and Biscuit Hill perfectly displayed its beauty. When we arrived, we were greeted by Dean. He gave us a tour of the place, showed us...

Let me start by saying that this is a lovely B&B. The rooms are some of the nicest I've stayed in, very clean, accommodating to every need, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The breakfasts are pretty much perfect. This is really good food for people who appreciate good quality, and there is plenty on the buffet. Dean goes out of his...

I am so glad that the traveler enjoyed most of what we had to offer. I am not sure where the sign on the door was about the $20 room turn. We offer a "room service card" on every room's bed tray where they can mark it for various services that they may want and turn it in. We do...

We spent 3 nights at this B&B in Jan. 2013...the property is absolutely darling inside and out. The breakfasts were standard, the room was beautiful, the view was typical Hill Country. If you have cedar allergies, be forewarned...if you need to request anything from the owners after 8:00 in the evening, don't even bother. When first shown to our room,...

As a couple who operate their B&B mostly by ourselves. We do need our rest. We go to bed at 10 PM. We have helped guests who call us as late as midnight or later if the situation warrants. I do take Monday breakfasts off since I do it all the other mornings. We are in a country setting with...

Just wanted to get away for the weekend and enjoy a little R&R and this was the perfect place to do it! We had a wonderful stay at Biscuit Hill. We stayed 4 nights and loved every minute of it. It was our first experience at a bed & breakfast and we are hooked. Perfect place to relax and spend some time with someone you love. The weather was raining and cold, but a perfect place to turn on the fireplace, and enjoy the hot tub and beautiful view. The breakfast was delicious! This was our first time to do a B & B and we will definitely do it again. A perfect place...

“We are extremely accomodating travelers and have stayed in B&B's all over the country...for the most part, we've had fairly good experiences, but have never encountered anything close to the scolding we received from "the lady of the house." If you have a seamless stay at Biscuit Hill without having to inconvenience the owners in any way, any one of the rooms in the Inn will provide a lovely place to renew and relax. Our corner room had touches of Scottish decor, a comfortable bed, and a great balcony.”
