First and foremost I'd like to thank the staff and managers for locating a knife that had strong sentimental value to me. It was left stuck in a tree at campsite #10. When we got home and realized it'd been left we called to have them check the site which had already been occupied. Luckily, the honest camp goers found...

Neal’s Lodges had the worst customer service I‘ve ever experienced. I was part of a group of 100+ family members who stayed there for our Family Reunion. Neal’s was aware of our family reunion as we informed them when we booked our lodges in October 2015. While in the planning process we utilized the map provided by Neal’s which is...

From August 11 - 14 we booked a family reunion of about 120 people. We were told lodges and cabins were not far from each other, they were miles apart! Some houses were equipped with full kitchen necessities some were not. I stayed at the buckhorn ( worst rental I've ever walked into ! The refrigerator was not working as...

This is where it's at as it relates to staying overnight to enjoy the ice cold spring-fed Frio River. They are a well-oiled machine offering conveniences to their guests such as a golf cart for transport and access to fill your tubes with air. Cabins are well-maintained and provide easy access and nice scenery as well.

Neal's was a great place to stay to float the Frio River. Cabins aren't extravagant, but are fine for as much time as you spend in them. The staff is great...friendly and always willing to help make your stay pleasant. The nightly dances at Joe Jimmy's were so much fun. My family really enjoyed them. The swimming hole was another...

We had a friend's and family trip with 20 something people. Neals was a great place to stay. Renting a golf cart is a must. Everything was well worth the money and our time. The only negative was no shower doors and the water goes everywhere. Thanks for a great trip!!!! 2016 Kattners

This place was great! The people we're very friendly and helpful. This was our first trip to the Frio and we'll be back! We stayed at the Buzzard's Roost which had a great view but not on the property so we had to drive everywhere. That was fine considering how great the view was. The cabin was rustic but clean...

It was our first time visiting this lovely place. Friendly staff and fast service. We stayed in lodge 51 and it was a nice cozy lodge. We loved the Frio River water. It was an amazing experience. It was so relaxing to just sit in the water and not do a thing. We will for sure be going back another...

Our cabin was clean, comfortable, and fairly updated. Plenty of space both inside and out. The river was a lot of fun. It was lively on their section of the river where we jumped off rocks, did the slide, and did mini floats down the river. Perfect for an active family. The staff at Neals is very kind, helpful, and...

Excellent place! We had an awesome time. They have been around for a very long time. Cabins are spacious and very nice. Great part of the river as well. Friendly staff, and we loved the slide. A very beautiful and remote part of Texas. Would definitely recommend it to others and have plans to go back.
