Nothing much to say other than all my needs were accommodated and my room/bathroom was very clean. If you like the downtown atmosphere then this is the place you should stay at. A lot of good quality restaurants are five minutes away in addition to being close to the freeway.

We were here for a week to attend the wedding of our eldest daughter. This location was conveniently located to her apartment (downtown), the wedding (botanic gardens) and reception (stockyards). It also had plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby with more than adequate parking and a park with safe walking/biking paths. We would stay here again.

Service was fantastic. Manny did a great job. Room was great also...no complaints. Breakfast and reception was good. 5 minutes away from downtown and the office I was visiting. I will stay here again. Oh, almost forgot to mention the fancy restaurant down the street, and the duck pond across the street.

Nice place... Our first room only had a queen bed and, I swear it bounced when you tried to subtly change positions. 8/ Once we moved to a different room, life got better. The light switch in our bathroom had a short. We reported it, but nothing happened. All in all... Ok stay. Great location as many restaurants within walking...

Had a 4 day stay for Christmas workshop at the Cultural District. Residence Inn is only 5 minutes away and made for an easy commute. So many times the little AC units have a hard time really cooling a room down. But not so here, great HVAC unit kept the room a comfy 68 degrees! Had new beds and the...

I would had given this location a higher rating, but the management, by failing to ensure paying guests have a legal place to park onsite, show they have little or no respect for their overnight guests. The weekend manager acknowledged they can't control nearby bar & restaurant patrons from using their lot, but the fact is they can if they...

Sadly, I was not thrilled with this experience. It was just okay. It was 105 degrees and the small little pool and hot tub had wall to wall teenagers with just as many teenagers clogging up the lobby and the stairwells. I have no idea why such congestion, but it was awful. The gym was way to small! The stairways...

Dear guest, Thank you for your feedback. It sounds like you stayed with us during a busy time as well as during our renovation period. We have all new carpets now and our renovation is complete. I have always liked and trusted Marriott properties and have stayed in many of them all over America and in Europe over the past 20 years. Therefore, you can understand why I would choose to stay here for eight days while my hardwood floors were being re-done. However, this experience with Marriott's Residence Inn in Fort Worth's Cultural District was...

Near the Cultural District. Affordable, roomy, and had everything we needed. Nice front desk staff, functional business office & printing, good AM breakfast. The room was spacious, and once the A/C was on the humidity and musty smell dissipated. Mattress was a little soft but had I been staying longer, I expect they could have provided a plywood support underneath....
