Arrived with a large group and everyone's room was ready expect mine. Being part of the Marriott Rewards program, they had upgraded me to the king suite. A friendly front staff attendant took my number and PROMISED to call when the room was ready. Well I never received the call, so after a few hours of waiting, I returned to...

We are so sorry the mattress was uncomfortable! The team has gone up to inspect it to see if something was wrong with it. Additionally we have coached the team member that did not call you to update the room status.

Generally high quality hotel. Breakfasts are great but get there early - go see paul the omelette guy, puts a smile on your face with a sunny attitude. Amenities good too like gym. Even rooftop tennis courts, well hidden and in need of some repair but in a downtown hotel! Liked the rooms, roomy and comfortable.

I recently went with a group of high school girlfriends (30) to spend a long weekend at the Worthington. The hotel is very nice with an ideal location for walking to shops and restaurants. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We ate breakfast each day at Vidalia's the restaurant at the hotel. The food was delicious and they...

We have stayed here maybe 5 or 6 times in the last 12 years. The view over Sundance Square is great, the rooms are very comfortable and clean, although maybe getting a little worn here and there. Excellent, warm and friendly service. A lot to see and do around Sundance Square - great restaurants, entertainment, all within walking distance. A...

This hotel is very 80s, except for the amazing gym. The room was very comfortable though the decor was very conservative and the bathroom is older (though impeccably clean with a good shower!) It's a real health-club quality facility and I got two great workouts. The food available in the hotel (catering for our conference) was also excellent. Everyone working...

Been coming here since before it was owned by marriott. Love the place. Love it even more now that I can use points and get points for staying. Glad to know that you have the main bar open on weekends again. What did you do with the piano? I didn't see it. Needs to return. And what happened to the...

Older, nicely done large hotel. Pricey, no pool but everything else is really nice. Clean room, beds and bathroom, which was sizable. Videlias is the restaurant. There is a good bar on the mezzanine with food from Videlias. The ballrooms are separated by escalators. So the attendees don't flow into the main lobby. Ice cold fruit infused water available in...

Although the staff (excluding maid service) was very nice and helpful, the room itself was very disappointing. We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite with a balcony overlooking Sundance Square. The patio furniture had numerous holes while the furniture in the room was heavily scratched and missing most of its trim. Even after we commented three times that the maid...

This property location was right in the middle of downtown Fort Worth, which I absolutely LOVED, since I was able to literally walk all over the place. You obviously still needed o drive to certain locations, but I appreciated how I was able to walk to many places. There were very few free amenities, which I found frustrating since it...

Thank you your review. If you join Marriott Rewards and book through a Marriott channel Wi Fi is free and we also have free internet in public spaces if you want. Also we do have refrigerators and microwaves available to request so we can get you one on your next visit.

Totally boring, functional hotel room that is what you'd expect from a Marriott-related property. NO FREE WI-FI UNLESS YOU'RE IN THE LOBBY: a real bummer when you're here for a (work) conference. Wasn't able to get the cheaper Wi-Fi option to work, got stuck on phone with tech support for 20+ minutes, then found out you had to opt for...

We appreciate your feedback. I can understand the frustration with the internet and we have just added 35 access points to handle additional load and bandwidth. In addition if you join the Marriott Rewards program and book through the Marriott channel internet is free.
