We arrived in town for a wedding when DFW had had an ice storm & continued to have very cold weather. The hotel was very full. We had several service issues while staying here. Our card key to go in and out of the parking garage never worked although they kept saying they would fix it. They did take the...

Spacious and semi-updated rooms. Concierge was not very helpful. Terrific location - super close to great restaurants and shops. Was there at the end of December - not crowded at all. My kids loved the free flavored water and hot apple cider. Nice fitness area and pool.

I will say the room was clean and some of the staff friendly. Parking is both expensive and frustrating. Even when you self park, you pay a premium, but that is normal in a downtown hotel. You are not told you have to have your card "charged" so you can get in the self parking lot or any other information...

This huge hotel in the centre of Downtown Fort Worth offers an excellent location to get around the area. The rooms are large and offer all the comfort one may require. However, the decoration is outdated and the bathrooms would need more modern fittings. There are bus stops right outside the lobby as well as a taxi line and plenty...

We spent a week at the hotel on a business trip. I was totally satisfied with all of the services and especially with the special attention from the front dsek personnel and the bellmen. Bar service could improve a bit and the number of stools in the bar needs improvement. I highly recommend this hotel with lots of good restaurants...

I have stayed here several times for business. The gym is nice. The locale makes walking to various restaurants easy in the area. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are a little worn, but are clean. The hotel has ok seating areas when you first walk in. Overall positive experiences but could use some renovations in...

This hotel was the host hotel for a recent conference I attended. Frankly, I was not happy that a $140.00 per night room was just the tip of the iceberg for charges. Parking for guests was $19.95 plus tax for self parking (per night) and Internet service was $12.95 plus tax (per night). Upon arrival, there was a man (I...

My daughter and I loved our 2 night stay at the Renaissance Worthington Hotel in downtown Ft. Worth. We were in town for a Saturday night performance at the Bass Performance Hall. It was perfect! Pros: 3 block walking distance to Bass Hall. Numerous restaurants and shops in a very colorful area of Ft. Worth. We felt safe strolling the...

Location may be great but one wonders why we are paying the high rate for this Marriott property when lower grade Marriott property have better service. Elevators too slow. In room coffee service never replaced. Inadequate power outlets in the room. Even for coffee, one has to lift and drag the entire coffee maker to a outlet. Very serious employees....

I found my favorite hotel in Ft. Worth. Grand entrance, Texas-size. Valet parking, no long waits for the car in the morning. I was lucky to be on the 8th floor with concierge lounge. Cassandra got me a 6 pack of Diet Dr. Pepper, Wesley kept me filled with ice. Huge fitness center, you need to be here before 6am...
