This is a typical RV park for this part of Texas...a large open area with RV's stacked in. We didn't smell anything from the pigs next door, as some have mentioned. We also found the manager to be very friendly. The park is very clean and well maintained. It's not a place we would "hang out", but is a good...

I did read a review that mentioned a pig farm next door and yes there is,the smell drifted over the park with the flies,hygenic,I don't know. Very poor or lack of advertised free Wi-Fi,something others complained about.I needed it for business and had to walk up to the rec room Ok for a very short stay.Park is clean and well...

In 12 years of RVing....I've been treated badly anywhere in the US....but here. Host guided us to the wrong spot (and told us she intentionally did so...would be fine for the night and was easier for her to guide us into). 1 1/2 hours later after getting fully set up, she returns knocking to tell us we have to move....

Okay place to stay in the country outside Georgetown if Austin RV parks are full. Like the Georgetown area in general. Nice downtown square with restaurants and shopping... Found a great little Cajun restaurant there.

Shade tree don't offer mush shade, Hot tub didn't have water in it, heated swimming pool was locked for both days we stayed and only two combined m/w restroom/showers that had small showers. On the bright side the park seemed clean, quite with large sites that had grass.
