Me and my fiance had decided to head to Lubbock, on the drive there around 2am we just couldn't do it anymore and found this place. The price was perfect for my budget ($40-50) and rooms available for smokers. If you get a room with a King Size bed, they do not joke around about it's size. The drawback with that was the mattress was a little harder than i'm used to. The bathroom had a vintage motor inn vibe; turqouise/pink tub with a space heater installed in the wall. The staff was friendly and the other occupants of the hotel were quiet. I definitely recommend this place.

I pulled in after a long day of driving, mostly wanting to crash, and this place certainly fit the bill. Nothing fancy, just your basics, but a newly renovated room, nice and clean, safe and secure. For a dirt cheap price, what else do you want?

We stayed at the Western Inn on a Saturday night...had been in town the day before and went by to make a reservation. Owner/manager gave us the room rates and we asked to see a room before we made our decision. He showed us a room, and we booked the room for the next night. It is an older motel, probably having been something besides "Western Inn" in the past. We had no problems with the room...we look for cleanliness, comfortable beds and convenient parking...and that is what we got. The room has a refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer and a really good AC unit. Another reviewer mentioned no electrical outlet in the bathroom but that is no problem as there is an outlet and a large mirror over the desk. We would certainly stay here again.

It's a roadside motel on a dusty hiway in Texas- that's probably enough said. The dresser was falling apart- couldn't use it. Beds were clean, after removing the bedspread and decorative pillows (yuck!). There were 0 electrical outlets in the bathroom, which was inconvenient. My husband nearly fell through the giant hole in the bathtub that was disguised by the bath mat in the bottom of the tub. VERY unsafe. 0 breakfast options in a town that only has 2 restaurants, this wasn't cool. The owners are East Indian and not very welcomming. The good part was, we were going to arrive very late so they just left our room open and allowed us to check in the next day. I think this was more for their convenience than ours, but it worked. The AC worked, beds were fairly comfy.

My wife and I reserved a room here and they kept our reservation. On the internet, it said the Inn was new in 2007. That's unbelievable. There was an iron/ironing board, a small fridge, microwave, coffee pot with coffee, and a hair dryer. The first thing we did was toss the comforter and deco pillows aside and stretch out on the bed. A few minutes later, the door opened on it's own, kinda freaked out my wife. It wasn't locked, but apparently didn't close right when we shut it. We had to turn the ceiling fan to a slower speed because it was really rocking and squeaking. During our overnight stay, my wife couldn't sleep, the room and location creeped her out. There's a slaughterhouse across the street. She thought it was much like a horror film setting. She had to have a
