Took me 45 minutes to get in my room because of a faulty key system. I arrived at 9:30 pm and there was no other customers at the time. First, I was placed in an occupied room and was grateful that my key didn't work. No biggie went to the front desk and the desk clerk was very nice and...

Went to visit my son and could not have picked a better place to stay. Right on campus. I got in late so I did not get a chance to visit the restaurant/bar, but next time for aure. Room was large, clean and all the creature comforts. The staff was amazing, checking in and out. Whatever they are teaching the...

I was in town for a certification and could not have been happier with this hotel!! the room was excellent, the room service was great, and the facilities were wonderful. Being on a college campus was exciting too! I can't wait to come back and stay again.

This is a reasonably good university hotel. Seems expensive considering that prices elsewhere were much lower at the time. The hotel does not have a pool, but they give you access to the spectacular full sized pool at the nearby campus exercise facility.

One of the best university hotels I have experienced and a great Hilton hotel. The room was very good and very clean. Breakfast was great. Room cost was average. I have no major complaints. Note that besides the university the area does not have much else to do.

The convention facilities are well cared for, and the staff very courteous and helpful. The hotel beds are comfortable and the room well maintained. The air conditioner worked perfectly and was quiet.

This room was very spacious and clean. I was there for a volleyball tournament at the convention center downtown 3.5 miles away. I chose this location because there is a short walk from the hotel to the train stop, which dropped off on the side of the convention center. This allowed me to save on $32 a day parking at...

Great hotel. A bit confusing at first, finding the way around, as it is on a university campus. But once I found my way around it was a pleasant stay. I got a junior suite on the eighth floor: gorgeous view of downtown. Very good breakfast, and excellent service overall.

My daughter had a track meet at UH and this hotel was on campus and about a ten minute walk to the indoor track stadium.
