HGI are always a consistent stay. You know what you are getting when you book a stay. However it's time the company takes a look at their bedding. Stay is always professional which I like. Workout room could use a revamp instead of being a left over space converted into a workout room.

We just had our fall wedding here and I couldn't be happier. The staff was on top of everything to ensure the day would go smoothly; they made sure to communicate with me so that every detail was to my standards and that definitely helped put my mind at ease. Everyone was so impressed with my wedding especially it being...

I was very warmly greeted by Jessica and Mengfan which helped after a much longer than anticipated drive. In fact, the whole team lead by the GM Greg seem to really care about their guests' needs. The restaurant/bar area appears to be more spacious than most HGIs. Loved the breakfast items which include Eggs Benedict and omelettes (see photo). Coffee...

I have stayed at the hotel more than 20 times and have always had a great experience. The staff make this hotel - from the great front desk team to the wonderful chefs and ladies who run breakfast to Monica and Marino who run the bar and restaurant in the evening. Friendly front desk, clean rooms except air conditioner was not working properly. Providing an email receipt made check out really easy. Using email receipts is also handy for expense reporting when a business traveler returns to the office - no need to carry around a bunch of receipts.

The room was clean, air conditioned and quiet. I was able to pick a room online with either 2 queen beds, or a king, which floor and where in the building - I chose a king away from the elevator on the third floor. The breakfast offered was fresh cooked, with many options from baked goods, made to order eggs,...

When my Boss informed me that this is where she liked to stay in Houston, I happily agreed to also stay here. Long story short, I would not stay here again. A few things to be aware of: The continental breakfast as advertised is NOT free...It's $12.99. My next disappointment was the awful Garden Sleep system bed. It was the...

From the moment I stepped towards the front desk, to the time I ordered some food at the restaurant, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Chef even made something for me not on the menu but close without any resistance. Just a great quiet property in the Energy Corridor I would recommend.
