I awarded this property 2 stars because the front desk staff is friendly; otherwise I would have given them 1 star. Stayed there because of proximity to MD Anderson Med. Ctr where my husband required a med. test. On arrival, the room reserved for us wouldn't open (electronic entry broken), so front desk staff switched our room. It was dingy;...

If I could rate it any higher I would. I was greeted @ the front desk by a gentleman named Dennis. He was very pleasant, cordial, & professional. The lobby is clean, warm, & inviting. The place feels very new & is modern. My room was very spacious & the bed extremely comfortable. The bathroom is large & spotless. The...

The Courtyard is very consistent no matter where I stay with them. I was able to get into this one for my recent trip to the Super Bowl this past weekend. They geared up and handled the increased activity extremely well. I wanted to call out specifically someone who went out of her way to help me with planning my...

My husband & I stayed here while he was having medical tests at St Luke's Episcopal Hospital. The shuttle service was on time and the drivers caring and personable. They were conscientious making sure everyone would get to their appointments in a timely manner. The Bistro in the lobby has very good food and even a special entree each night(...

Clean, stylish, attentive and personable employees. The rate could not be beat for all that it offers. Rooms were clean, well maintained, and comfortable. If you are traveling to the Museum District, this is a great location.

We were in town to visit family and looking for a convenient, clean, and not too expensive, place to sleep. This fit the bill completely. We found the hotel to be very clean, although somewhat dated, but our tastes tend towards the bed and breakfast accommodation Our room was huge. The location is great is if you are going to...

My wife had been hospitalized and I missed the cancellation time by 3 hours ONE day ahead!!! No leeway after going thru corporate and general manager. Both corporate and GM trotted out corporate blather about occupancy levels etc. One at the front desk told me they never have trouble staying full. Plus this is not a good side of town.

My husband and I stayed here because we were in town for our anniversary and my father was having surgery at MD Anderson. We had to come into town early and my children grew restless at the hospital I called the hotel for the earliest possible check in and they told me they would check me right it. The entire...

I stay in hotels every week and most of them are Marriott brand. Most Courtyard hotels have the same bones so what separates them is their condition. This place was gross. The carpet in the hallways and the elevators are the tell tell sign. If they are dirty then the place doesn't have a very high clean standard. This hotel...

My girlfriend's son is dealing with cancer and had to spend some time at MD Anderson. We stayed here on Friday and Saturday. The rate was somewhat reasonable. Thank you for taking time out of your day to share about your experience.
