I've stayed at many excellent Hilton properties throughout the United States. This is the absolute best property I've ever stayed. All of the amenities and services were truly "first class". If I ever need to stay in Houston again, this is the place I'd stay.

Expansive lobby with a full bar, as you enter via the front doors. The backdrop of the World is a show stopper! Full service hotel with reception, bell and concierge desks. The hotel rooms are divided by the east and west elevators. Starbucks is in the east wing and 1600 Bar & Grill + Pappasito's Cantina in the west wing....

The Hilton was a great hotel with lots of design and wonderful glass chandeliers. The meeting spaces, pool area, and terrace in the top floor give a view that cannot be missed. The hotel restaurants were expensive but there are several great options within waddling distance. The Phoenicia market was great and offered lots of variety from around the world.

A combined trip - NPM National Convention and family. This was a luxury hotel at a convention rate. Extremely clean and comfortable with large gathering spaces. Staff was amazing, especially Joy (front desk), Anthony ( office manager), Jeff (front desk), Gary and Joseph (security), Gerald (concierge), Trevor (bell captain) and Cornel (attendant) Without getting into specifics these folks simply went...

I checked in on a Friday afternoon and left on a Sunday afternoon. The hotel is immaculate and the staff is totally on point with service and commitment to customers. The location is right next to a park and there is a running trail nearby where you can cover over six miles in a loop run. The only drawbacks I...
