It's an older property, which means the rooms are small. The Econo Lodge is behind the Quality Inn & their guest used to get breakfast at the Quality Inn so guests are asked which rooms they are staying in. The issue is the older lady that takes care of breakfast has no personality & interrogates the guests about the room...

Thank you so much for your comments. We appreciate you taking the time to share your concern. We just last week finished installing a great new high speed internet system with new hardware and are soon having the speed of service increased at the property. We hope you will come back and visit and give it a chance. Thanks.

We have stayed at other hotels in Kingsville but thought we would try this one as it seemed to have decent reviews. Front desk staff were good but hotel needs lots of work. Air conditioning didn't work on auto....bedside lights didn't work and they couldn't fix them...my room key wouldn't open the vending area....had too call them to turn on...

You would do better sleeping in a drainage ditch unless of course you like bugs everywhere. Stuffing towels under the door DID stop a couple silverfish from gaining entrance. Gross! Suggestion - go someplace else. A 45 minute drive to Corpus Christi is worth it.

The room was average size and clean. The room was not available for check-in until 5pm, even though we had tried to check in early, so they knew we had already arrived. We did not eat the free breakfast buffet, so i can't provide input.

Stayed there when we were visiting our son, and I'd stay there again. It was safe (at least I was not see or experience anything to bring concern), it was clean and it was convenient. The breakfast was sufficient but not fancy. The staff was friendly and responded when I had a couple of special requests.

We were a walk in and Melanie at the front desk was efficient and friendly both on the phone and then in person. The room is clean with a microwave, fridge, desk and eating table nook. There's also free breakfast. This was a great deal! Sure, it's a budget motel, but in this case, you get more than you pay...

. No one was very nice . Our room was old and run down . needed repairs and maintenance done. you have to drive a bit to eat. Nothing within walking distance. I would try to stay on the southern end of Kingsville. The lady at the breakfast buffet wasnt friendly either. the buffet was scattered out so it was...

I went to visit my son in college for the weekend. Upon arrival, the room appeared clean, but the toilet ran all night. After jiggling the handle and flushing, it started leaking. The manager was quick to resolve the issue, and ultimately have me a new room. Unfortunately, the new room was found with dead and dying roaches and crickets. There...

We were forced to find a motel following an auto accident while on vacation. It was late and there were few to no vacancies available nearby. We landed one at the the Quality Inn. We got the last room available. You know you are in trouble when you enter your room and find dead crickets and bug residue in the...
