Good place for a one night rest. We happen to be on our way up to Dallas and just needed a hotel to sleep a couple of hours and a shower. Bed comfortably and room clean, showers clean. Overall good place to rest a couple of hours.

First room we were given, the bathroom wall started leaking out of nowhere, so we were given another room. Second one, right beside the first, the table was broken (we switched the one from the prior room) lamp was broken, bedcover had all kinds of cigarette burns in it. Room looked in general disregard, only decent looking thing it looked...

I booked my room for 2 nights on booking.com after reading what looked like almost 4 star reviews. My first red flag came when I received a call about 8:00 p.m. the night we were to arrive and the voice mail went like this, "Hey, 'Smiths', this is Sandy from Spanish Trails...are you gonna come or what?" How unprofessional is...

On the positive side, the rooms are reasonably clean and spacious, and the price ($45) is reasonable. There is a Waffle House and a Grandy's within walking distance (<1 block). On the negative side - the night I stayed there, there were prostitutes and drug dealers infesting the premises. Two different times I had people ask me if I wanted...

Even thaught Booking. com gave it a 1 star rating, they were wrong . This should be a 3 star rating. We been here for 3 weeks & enjoy ourself. The staff & management go out of their way to help you out. We had a handciapped /non- smoking room & it was large & very nice. We would stay...

The card that I picked up in the lobby shows the address as "Highway 35E & Pleasant Run Road". The google map here shows it an extra exit up the highway from that address. The motel turned out to be a good bargain, total plus taxes was right around $42, just after Easter weekend. I was able to park right...

For the past 5 years we have stayed at this motel. Every year it seems to improve. This year it is apparently under new ownership and all the rooms have been remodeled. What a great value and wonderful people to deal with. You couldn't get any better service, rooms, or friendly helpful people for three times the money! We will...

Stayed 8 September & this was by far the best out of the 2 we stayed in . The room upstairs was very spacious , pet friendly , the box spring was old but the mattress was newer & very comfortable . Very very clean, new carpet . Older tv with limited channels .

I was travelling with my friend, and we were touring Texas, we had just arrived and were on our way out of Dallas, it was in a good location, just outside Dallas city, surrounded by restaurants, and had a Waffle House on location for breakfast in the morning. It was only $40, and it was clean, and they provided you...

“The King size is a great value for two people. Double for one, but double King for more. We get three rooms (6 people) for two days and only spend for two nights what we'd pay for one anywhere else!”
