We have stayed at this hotel twice this year and both times when we opened the pull out sofa bed there were items in the bed. This tells me they did not change the sheets after the previous occupant checked out.

Thank you for your comments. I am truly sorry that items were left in the sleeper sofa. Thank you so much for bringing this to our attention. I will hold a meeting with my housekeeping staff to make sure they understand that this is not acceptable. Again thank you so much for your feedback we will use it to better...

LaQuintas are "pet friendly" and when I say "pet friendly" I mean, they go out of their way to welcome dogs (and their people). We were given a first floor room that was clean and comfortable.. Our room faced the front (where all the roads were) but I heard no traffic noise. My title is such because this beautiful hotel...

This hotel has degraded significantly over the years. The AC acted up; the door card key reader was loose; the bathroom was not cleaned properly; the mattress is uncomfortable; the overall room is dated and worn.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. Facilities were nice and comfortable. Good breakfast with appropriate hours. Pool was nice but a bit small. Check in and out was quick and efficient. The décor was beautiful and kept clean. There was plenty of parking although some of it was not accessible due to being under construction.

Wasn't sure how it would be when we pulled up! Going inside, I was very pleasantly surprised! Sure it's been there for awhile but it has been updated. It must have been a 4 star hotel in its hayday!! It had glass elevators and 6 floors. You could look down on an expansive lobby! Beds were comfy and a great...

This La Quinta is very dated. The walls, fixtures, paint, etc. are in horrible shape. The toilet handle broke the first time we used it and it took a while to get it "fixed". This fix involved hooking a rubber band to the handle. It wasn't properly fixed until the following day. Also while we were out during the day,...

I stayed at this La Quinta because I had a family member in the hospital. The hotel staff was courteous and made sure everything was okay with my stay. They made sure I received the medical stay rate and offered easy directions to walk to the hospital. The biggest draw back is that there is no laundry facility on site...

We needed a place to stay that allowed dogs while my motor home was in the shop for repairs. We found this place and it fits the bill. It is clean and does not smell like cigarettes or pets. All rooms are entered thru the interior lobby area. We got a room with two queen bed and find it quite...

Don't waste your money. From the outside we thought it would be a nice stay. Wrong. The rooms are terrible and very run down. Have to sign in stating that it's $250 if you smoke in the room however the room stinks like smoke already and we had to sleep with the window open. Really makes it a bad night...

Thank you so much for your comments. I am sorry you were not given the standard you deserved during your last stay with us. I will make sure and get the lock replaced on your past room. And I will personally talk to the Room attendant and make sure she understands where she went wrong. Once again thank you so...

We stayed in this La Quinta for the first time while attending a neice's graduation from Texas Tech. The lobby was nice but the room left a lot to be desired. First of all the key lock was broken and it took 3 key cards to get in at various times, which necessitated multiple trips to a busy front desk....
