We stopped in last wek because we always wanted a place to camp near Luckenbach, just a couple in their 60's with no kids or pets in a new clean car. Immediately she started telling us that we could stay at KOA or the place between her and Luckenbach. I don't know what brought that up because we are very...

Great place to stay if your visiting Luckenbach, Friendly people that make you feel welcomed. Very afforadable prices on cabins, and camp sites, You can even hear the music from Luckenbach .It's conveniently located and just a short drive to Stonewall, and Fredericksburg.

This is the third time we've stayed at Armadillo Farm. It is a beautiful site located 1/2 mile from Luckenbach, Texas. The owner is as nice as the surroundings and will treat you as well as you treat her! She's no-nonsense which makes for a very secure, comfortable stay. We had an electrical outlet problem at our first campsite yesterday,...

After three nights, with one night remaining to our stay, the owner (whom I hadn't met) accosted me while I was walking to the laundry room by yelling across a distance about unsafe conditions in the laundry room. I responded with a question to clarify, and she denied that she had said anything was unsafe at all and by the...

We enjoyed our stay at this quiet peaceful and run down RV park for 3 days until we ran into the park owner late one morning, an individual named Gay. Gay promply went off on my wife because she asked a question about the laundry facilities and then she told us to leave and to never come back. Gay was...

The owner was the best. We loved the campground right next to Luckenbach. unfortunately, this will be the last summer open unless you stayed there before. We had a great spot under the trees. There were showers and toilets if you were in a tent. We blew up an air mattress and slept in the back of the truck under...

This RV park is extremely trashy, unkept and in disrepair. The owner runs it like a prison camp. She is mentally unstable and a rude, loud mouth, drunk. She goes out of her way to bark, scream and cuss at customers. She has no business being in the hospitality business. I had the opportunity to witness these insane assaults on...

We stayed at Armadillo Farm Campground over the Fredericksburg Oktoberfest weekend. Four of us stayed in a cabin while six of us camped. We had a pleasant stay and enjoyed our time at the campground and on our trips to Fredericksburg and Enchanted Rock. The owner was helpful in getting us checked in. She was very accommodating for our group,...

We had a great overnight stay, was put in a very nice spot that was great for stargazing, and the lady that owned the place gave us a heads up about the Octoberfiesta that was kicking off next door. She was super friendly and super helpful!

We have NEVER experienced anyone as rude, vindictive or intrusive as the owner/manager of this place - Gay. She is by far one the worst people we have ever met! When we go away for a weekend or week we look for a peaceful place where the area is clean and repaired and the managerial staff is at least presentable...

“Its hit or miss on how she treats you, I had discussions with the locals after dealing with this woman and i got " oh we should have warned you" .... got more info than i wanted on the lady.... I would say if she ran a campground elsewhere there would still be issues but since she runs on next to a bar.... she really doesnt have the social skills for tourists or ppl that travel alot for pleasure..... we dont expect to get our butts kissed but I dont appreciate the welcome to basic training speech nor the attitude for asking her a question after hours..... this is not a good examble of an RV park.... most that take on these jobs understand its a lifestyle ..... takes more than set hours and rudeness..... if you dont like your life dont take it out on the customers”

“If you bring a dog they MUST stay on a leash all all times outside, if you leave you have to turn a radio/tv on so if they bark will be distorted. She stated it was quite irritating to her other Customers and dogs should stay quiet period!”
