We had an enjoyable two night stay in a double room here. We loved that our room had AC and a fan (essential!) and that Casa Amelia faces the sunset side of the island. Staff were super friendly and helped us organise onward travel.

Hi Scott! You are going to really enjoy the ruins and the morning tour is great, although we had thick fog and missed the sunrise. Fog burned off around 8:00 am for us. The staff at Casa Amelia are helpful and can hook you up with a tour. They have connections with the park. We actually stayed in the park at the jungle hotel and if they have availability, that is a really convenient option. The park entrance was literally 100 yards from our room. If you're set on Flores, the Casa Amelia staff should be able to help you out! Enjoy!
