Stayed in Suite B, double queen beds. Impressive grounds, nestled in a private eco park, situated on two mini lakes. The room was pristine. Clean beds, towels and floors. The staff were kind, friendly and just wanted to make sure we were having a wonderful stay. The room service menu had enough choices to please. The Margerita pizza was delicious....

They were so accommodating, that we...

Our double cottage was clean and comfortable. Air conditioning would have been nice, but the fans were sufficient. The food was absolutely superb, and the staff was helpful and friendly. They have a good choice of excursions to satisfy most needs.

The hotel is located in the middle of a private natural reserve just 10 minutes from the Santa Elena airport, 15 minutes from the island of Flores and about 45 minutes from the Tikal ruins. The place is truly magical and if you want a real jungle experience but with 5 star hotel amenities this is the place to go....

Magical stay at Las Lagunas. Property is beautiful and the setting lovely. Restaurant menu limited but very good. Rooms private and well appointed. Take Monkey Island tour, go for a hike or enjoy the natural setting. Excursions to Mayan ruins and nearby Flores worthwhile. What really sets Las Lagunas apart is the friendly and professional staff -- so warm and...
