Flights from Guatemala City to Flores are roughly $250 RT, buses are Q190 each way (Linea Dorada). San Benito has a public hospital, and there are several private hospitals (e.g. Hospital Shalom) that can treat emergencies, although they are not high-tech and fully equipped.
