We absolutely loved our stay here. Paid just Usd 24/night including tax. Just walked in. No reservation. So comfortable and quiet at night. Ac was quiet and timer worked. Room was fairly clean. Showers and water pressure was very poor. No hot water. But it was so hot out that it did not matter. There were 2 beds in each...

AC worked great, best wifi I've gotten anywhere in guatemala, clean & comfortable. The staff doesn't speak any English. There was a mixup at reception, but everything got sorted out & we enjoyed our stay. However, there isn't a restaurant near by (we arrived around 7pm and the hotel restaurant was closed).

I loath to review this hotel as I received some real kindness at this hotel. I will start with the pros. The room was clean The air con worked The beds were comfortable. The hotel was safe. You could go out at night and get let in again. They knew we were coming. There were no bugs or nasties in...

Hotel is in quiet section of town and a good long walk to the main tourist area across a bridge, and is fairly close to the airport. However there's no restaurant in the area. The room is clean, spacious, and comfortable. The air conditioner and wifi work well.

Stayed one night at this hotel before catching the first TAG flight back to Guatemala City. The hotel is clean and ok. It's cheaper than the sister hotel in Tikal. It's close by Flores and the airport - around 10 minutes by Tuk-tuk (10 quetzal). Wifi works in the room. Make sure to check your bank statement when you get...

We stayed at the Jaguar Inn for two nights in June 2013. If you want to stay in Santa Elena near the bus station, rather than in Flores, then this is an excellent option. Helpful staff, clean, comfortable and very quiet room with a good shower and internet connection. Highly recommended.

I have traveled throughout South & Central America for almost 20 years and have stayed in worse conditions. That however was when I served with the military and didn't have to pay. I would not recommend this hotel unless there is absolutely no where else to go. The conditions are very basic and tidy but not convinced about the cleanliness....

I stayed here once for 5 days and had no complaints at all. My room was always clean, the hot water worked well, the a/c worked well, decent tv and channels, and the workers at the hotel were very nice. If a person wants to stay in the atmosphere of a suburb and get away from the city, this is...

Our flight arrived late into Flores, so we opted to spend the night here rather than going to Tikal. It is most definitley not like it's sister hotel in Tikal. The room was dark and gloomy. It was servicable and what one would expect in third world. The restaurant is fine, nothing excitiing. Since there was nothing else around, it...
