Pretty interior, very clean. Good position. Close to the center. Kind people. Good price. Wonderful mediaeval architecture. Natural fresh air inside. Not a spectacular breakfast. Parking and terrace and patio.

We stayed at this 2 star hostal during the famous cheese festival and it was far enough away from the main plaza to get sleep but only a few minutes walk to all the action and to the amazing Trujillo castle. The hotel is part of a beautiful mansion that has been divided into three and has a traditional Mozarabe...

My friend and went on a bit of a road trip to Extremadura and we spent two nights here in Trujillo. Trujillo is a medieval town with lots of at atmosphere but this had quite an out of season feel well apart from the battle of the carol singing bands in the main square. The hostel is very good value....

We spent a night here and were given a very large room with 3 single beds in it. Beds were very comfortable. As mentioned by others, staff are very pleasant although we didn't come across any staff member who spoke English. As with everyone else we've encountered in Spain, even though you say you can't speak Spanish, they continue to...

We spent two nights here. It had everything we needed and the staff were really helpful. The room was spacious and clean. We had a small patio, breakfast was good too. It's very central to the centre of this pretty town.

We got a room with a little terrace to enjoy the time in between hikes and walks around town. That was really nice. The breakfastbuffet had enough to choose from and the friendly staff constantly asks to provide fresh coffee and tea and anything else you might need. The people there are just so nice it really makes you wanting...

This place pretty much offers what you expect for the price. It is not flashy, and a little tired at the edges, but it is clean, the rooms are large, the bathrooms adequate, and the breakfast pretty minimal. Parking on site for 6 euros is helpful, and it is well located with easy walking to the Plaza Mayor.

In a perfect position, quiet but only a couple of hundred yards from the main square, with big, spotlessly clean old rooms with modern bathrooms. Exceptionally helpful people. Breakfast's a bit extra, but it's definitely worth it.

We were a group of four, birdwatching in Extremadura. Trujillo is a prefect centre for this, hostel is friendly, clean, and a two minute walk to the wonderful Plaza Mayor. Great value for those not wanting to stay around a hotel, or on a budget.

Hostal San Miguel is conveniently located in a quiet street, opposite the church of the same name, roughly 10 minutes walking time from the bus station, and only 2-3 minutes from the majestic Plaza Mayor. The hostal is very nicely presented; the decor is stylish yet homely and the rooms are all well-equipped, spotlessly clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff...
