Excellent Accommodation although short beds and lack of wardrobe space were the only real issue for the accommodation. We bought the Commune Wifi for 20 euros for the week and quite frankly don't. It only worked late at night and even then the download speeds were not much faster than dial up. Better off using the 4G on your mobile

Dear David, Thank you for sharing your experience with the Tripadvisor community. We are very pleased to know that you and your family enjoyed so much the recently renovated apartments in the heart of the Tarentaise Mountains. But we are sorry that we didn’t meet all your expectations. Your feedback is important for us and will be discussed internally. Already...

Family of two adults and two young children (5 and 8) who went in Frebruary 2015. On the positive side: 1. Unbeatable location: short walking distance to the main shops and restaurants, main ski lift (Altispace), free shuttle service (Le Bourg stop), and right next to a sledge run (piste de luge). Best of all, you can arrive skiing right...

Great value accomodation in a small, safe family friendly resort. We really liked the feel of Valmorel and would definately go back. The bedrooms in the Valeriane were on the small side, but having the living space made it practical, and you do get what you pay for! Everything was clean and well maintaned. The kitchenette was perfectly equipt for...

We stayed for 7 days during half-term 2013 and it was our first visit to Valmorel. The arrival was easy and we had pre-booked parking under the apartments in Parking Treppes (payant but strongly advised). We were in a 4 bed apartment on the top floor of Valeriane, it was the usual tight bedroom space but had 3 bathrooms and...

We (8 family members) stayed for a week. We're given accom FAR too small for 8 , only just fitted four in. So they had to issue us with another apartment after speaking to rude receptionist who just said 'there's nothing I can do the boss isn't here'. That's not the best customer service. Eventually after literally forcing her to...

Spent a few days with friends skiing in Valmorel. Previously, having stayed at some of the bigger French ski resorts I was impressed with what Valmorel had to offer. Our accomodation was Great value and perfect for our needs, spotlessly clean and comfortable with the added benefit of being able to ski in! Despite having full catering facilities, we took...
