This hotel is ideally situated in the Necker Valley. Lots of Castles in the area, Heidelberg and Dilsberg are a short drive and well worth a visit. Car parking is simple, the hotel issued a voucher for the current month. This car park is a couple of minutes walk from the hotel. The car park is next to the river...

This was a very nice familyhotel in a pretty village. Clean room and very nice crew, helpful and kind. Not modern but genuine. Nice breakfast served in a room that felt like you where in somebodys home.

Such a lovely hotel, nice clean rooms and wonderful breakfast, really helpful staff :) ideally located in the town and only a 15 minute bus ride to Heidelberg. Can't wait to come again and to see the lovely Charlie the dog :)

This is a small family run hotel in a period building in the Altstadt in Neckargemund. Staff are very friendly and helpful - we were met by the owner, Heike Hogan, whose English is excellent and who told us where everything was. Prices are very reasonable with a discount for longer stays. Rooms are on two floors, each served by...

We stayed at Hotel Kredell in Neckargemund for 4 nights in August. Heike Hogan was a gracious hostess. She spoke perfect English, as her husband is an American. Her breakfasts were supreme. She had meats, cheeses, eggs, varied brotchen, wonderful homemade jams, fresh fruit platter, yogurt with fresh fruit, cereals, juices, coffee and tea. Our room overlooked the charming city....

As before this is a really pleasant family owned and run small hotel. This is our 4th visit to family nearby and wouldn't choose to stay elsewhere. I book directly with Heike (the owner) by email as it save fees to her (the rooms are very well priced). Breakfast is good and parking available.

I am originally from Heidelberg and return frequently to my hometown. There is no other hotel I would consider to stay in during my visits. The ambience, the cleaniliness, quality of the extensive breakfast buffet, warmth and friendliness of the owners and staff are unparalleled. Here you feel like family not like a guest. The hotel has an excellent location....

As described by others - a small family run hotel offering comfortable accomodation, a good choice of breakfast items (Continental German stuff) and good value for money. Not a lot in Neckargemünd but only 20 mins by bus to Heidelberg. Staying again next year.

Hotel Kredell is in the old town center of Neckargemunde, near the Neckar River. The hotel has old world charm and a warm, friendly ambience. Heike, the owner, speaks English and is very helpful in answering any tourist questions. The rooms are small, which is typical of older hotels in Europe. The bath in our room had a tiny shower...
