We have just returned from a mini break at the parque Santiago 3 hotel and we are gutted to be home!! Originally asked to stay at the parque Santiago 4 hotel (above pull and bear shop) but we got placed in this one and I am so glad we did! I can't believe this hotel is only a 3 star....

It is hard to rate this place. On one side there are the beautiful garden and pools, and the friendly and efficient staff. And its great location, both near the beach and the shop areas. On another side are the partly run down buildings, with a constant need for (often very noisy) updating work. On yet another side is the...

First time self catering and was pleased with the layout and appliances/utensils etc in the studio apartment however to get 5 stars, I would expect some basic essentials such as cleaning products to be provided. However the bottle of water, wine and fruit was a nice touch. Check in could be smoother as there was a mix up with the...

Myself & Family visited Parque Santiago in May of 2015. We got dropped off at Parque Santiago III & went into reception but was told this wasn't our hotel & we had to walk to Parque Santiago IV. This threw us off a little as we had been looking at photos & reviews of III. We got to the reception...

Got there around 11:30pm and given obscure map to say where our apartment were, took nearly hour to find both...

Had a lovely week here, pools very good and clean. Rooms a bit dated but again very clean and comfortable. Little bit disappointed that there was little entertainment for the kids and no evening entertainment of any sort. Great location and would certainly recommend.

The hotel rooms are a bit dated, but were clean and tidy and well maintained. We were self catering and found a few restaurants nearby to suit our taste and a supermarket straight across the road. As my wife had walking difficulties, we managed to get a room which was accessible. We had to wait until the following day, but...
