Let me start with some facts :- 1 It is not a hotel . 2 It does not have a bar or restaurant . 3 It is a secure (ish) PRIVATE residential complex , people live here . 4 It is ILLEGAL to rent apartments . However much to the denunciation of some , many owners actively/ aggressively rent for... More

We stay here in a private apartment each January. It's our favourite place in the resort, and we've stayed in quite a few. It's right on the seafront. All the apartments have lovely sea views, and although it's in a central and convenient location, it's very quiet. We like to sit on the balcony, but there is a pool which... More

Overlooking the sea on the 5th floor our private apartment was very well furnished with everything you could want in a home from home. We enjoyed a great week in this centrally located Club Villamar. Sitting on our balcony with a fresh salad crusty bread and a couple of bottles vino what more can you ask for. Once your ready... More

Have been here before but the place has been spoiled by too many foreign owners renting out without caring who they're renting too. Although I have rented I get the feeling a lot of people renting think they have bought the place and treat it with no respect. Going in summer is definitely a no no as there are lots... More

Good location, spacious apartment and that's where it ends.the location is the service access road to the Bouganville Playa Hotel. Loud music until midnight and the then at about 2.30am the basura (dustbin collection) very noisy takes about 20mins. From 7am onwards the sunbeds get dragged across the pool area, directly above the apartment, so to say the least a... More

My husband and I stopped here for 4 nights late November. It is mainly privately owned, and it is very secure. The location can't really be beaten as you are in the centre of everything. Lots of bars and restaurants on the doorstep and beaches only a short walk away. We went swimming only once, but the pool was warm... More

The apartments, I understand, are mostly privately owned with some owners letting theirs out. The premises are clean, well maintained and professionally managed. The complex, while large, has an 'intimate' and friendly feel. My wife and I have been several times and always enjoyed our stay. The apartments have sea views and there are two beaches within about 10 minutes... More

The location of these apartments is second to none, it's in an ideal location close enough to walk in to Las Americas or Costa Adeje. The views from the rooms are amazing, and all rooms have a sea view. The complex is a place where most people live, so there's no activity on a night but as a young couple... More
