This hotel is the very best place to stay in style when visiting the Guadalupe River, New Braunfels, Gruene area. Located right on the river, with beautiful views and river swimming, floating, and motorized boating available. The restaurant and bar are also amazing.
The grounds of the hotel are beautiful. The river runs right behind the hotel with river access. The pool area and patio have great view of the river. The hotel staff could not have been nicer. Would define toy stay here again.

I did not bring my kayaks with me on this trip, but I don't see why not. I would suggest you call the hotel and ask them though because I don't know how far you will be able to go without hitting a dam.
