Haven't stayed here, but have used them for tubing trips the past two summers. The pricing is very reasonable and the shuttle drivers have always been courteous and helpful. The small store on property is nice for any last minute items you forget.

Great place to stay while tubing on the Guadalupe in New Braunfels. They drive you up the river and put you in-no walking-and then you float back to your room-no driving or waiting for a ride. So easy!!! Room was nice, had full kitchen and BBQ right outside for each room. Just bring your own pots and pans, paper plates,...

They are located right on the Guadalupe at crossing #4. They rent tubes and will shuttle you upstream. You float down and just walk back to your cabin. No driving. View across the river is cliffs and a beautiful hill. They have 400 yards of river front. Staff is very friendly and took excellent care of us. We had a...

A really nice quite rv park. Clean quite but we went Thursday through Tuesday the week after Labor Day. Raft rides were on site everybody was very nice. Couldn't use the satellite because the trees but a few channels came in through the antenna. The pads were gravel and the roads were gravel. It is convenient to gruene. There is...

I booked last minute for Labor Day weekend. I thought I'll just get what I get. Yep, it was terrible. The cabins are in poor condition. Smell of mildew. Sheets were not clean. Floors/countertops were not clean. Furniture is dated and dirty. Couch was made with cloth fabric covers and were approximately 10 years old ( I doubt they have...

We stayed in cabin 1, which was awesome! The beds however were horrible. You sink in them like Fester Adams. This makes for a sleepless night and a sore morning. The cabin has a pretty full kitchen with no cookware or utensils so bring your own. It's great for rafting with the easy off so you can drink and not...

It is unimpressive. The management staff failed to follow the wording of their Passport America agreement which clearly conflicted with their interpretation of it. They have since changed it to make it clearer. I felt their poor wording should not have left me paying more than I should have. Good business practice would have sided with the customer one would...

The location of this property at the mouth of river road is unbeatable and the grounds are well maintained. The "cabins" are a different matter. Depending on your expectations I was terribly disappointed for $350 per night. The facilities are basically manufactured housing and small. We had a three bedroom and it had one full bath and a closet with...

The property is just beautiful. We stayed in a king cabin / 2 bdrms - comfy and clean not fancy, deck with picnic table and all cabins have little grills below. Beautiful very of the river. Stayed Feb and April 2015, going back in September and can't wait.
