rnanels, Let me first start by apologizing for any inconveniences you encountered with my front desk agent on your recent stay with us. I have review your reservation and noticed that you made it through a third party. In which 85 percent of receipts are not required to be given. How ever this is not an excuse on the behavior of that front desk agent. Please trust in me that I have spoken to her about this incident. In doing so I have made it extremely clear to her that this is not acceptable behavior at my hotel. I truly appreciate that you brought this to my attention.
